The product

The TokoBot device is a voice assistant for restaurants and stores, designed and built by MindSpeakAI Labs and sold by TokoMenus. It comes with a power adapter and Wi-Fi module. Photos on this site may show the device board or pre-production units; the finished product may look different.

Price and payment

The price is ₹10,000 per device, including GST and delivery within India. There is no monthly fee for the TokoBots software. We send payment details when we confirm your order, and your order is accepted once payment is received.

Ordering

You order by emailing tokomenus@gmail.com. We reply to confirm the order, price, delivery address and payment details. Nothing is charged until you agree.

Delivery, returns and warranty

We deliver within 1 week (see shipping). You can cancel before dispatch and return the device within 7 days of delivery (see returns & refunds). The device has a 1-year warranty.

The software and your TokoMenus account

TokoBots works with a TokoMenus store. The software is free to use with your TokoMenus account, and the TokoMenus terms also apply to your store, menu, orders and customer data.

Features marked “Available now” work when your device is delivered. Features marked “Early access” are being rolled out to stores in stages, and “Coming soon” features are planned but not yet available. We don't promise dates for early access or coming soon features, and the price you pay is for the device and the features available now.

AI models and third-party services

TokoBots needs an AI model to understand and reply. You choose one: connect an API key from an AI provider (you pay the provider directly for what you use), or point TokoBots at a model you run locally or on your own cloud server. Delivery apps, payment gateways, phone lines and WhatsApp are also provided by third parties under their own terms and charges.

AI can make mistakes. TokoBots reads back orders, bookings and changes before acting, but you remain responsible for checking orders, prices and what is said to your customers.

Using TokoBots with customers

If you use TokoBots to answer customer calls, WhatsApp or email, you're responsible for telling customers they're talking to an assistant (TokoBots does this by default), getting any consent the law requires to record calls, and handling customer data under the applicable law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the device or software is limited to the price you paid for the device. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Questions, complaints or requests about this policy go to the seller below. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
